No Sugar Before 2 years Ensures 35% Less Chance of Getting Type 2 Diabetes for Babies, Says Study

Ek recent study Science naam ki journal mein publish huyi hai jo ki highlight karti hai ki life ke early, critical years mein sugar intake ko control karne ke kya significant health benefits hote hai for babies. This study was conducted by researchers from University of Southern California, McGill University, and UC Berkeley. Is study ke hisab se limiting sugar exposure during the first 1,000 days—from conception to a child's second birthday—can lead to a 35% reduction in the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes and a 20% reduction in hypertension later in life.

Study ki findings mein pata chala hai ki restricting sugar intake during pregnancy se bhi kaafi significant farak padta hai, already reducing risk of diabetes by one-thirds.

Baby ke birth ke baad yeh same protective restrictions follow karne se yeh risks aur bhi kam ho jate hai. Baby ke second birthday se pehle no exposure to sugar se na hi sirf diabetes but also usse related diseases bhi delay ho jaati hai.

Experts ki recommendations hai we should control and if possible completely restrict sugar intake for babies, starting even before birth. These findings further strengthen the earlier dietary suggestions by doctors to make sure your kids have no sugar before they turn 2 years old.

So it is our appeal to all parents to make sure they give their kids no sugar before the age of 2. This approach not only fosters healthier dietary habits but also plays a crucial role in preventing chronic diseases associated with high sugar intake later in life.
