Website babykavach.com and our web application ‘Baby Kavach’ (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) is owned and operated by Komma Financial Technologies Private Limited, a private limited company having its registered office in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, which shall include its affiliates and group entities, together referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”.

    We collect the user profile information provided by Google OAuth. This includes basic profile details such as users’ name and email address. Users’ contact number is asked to send them timely WhatsApp messages and reminders and add them to our Whatsapp Community, which keeps them updated and allows them to avail our services. Users also agree to share their contact number. We also collect baby’s information such as name, DOB, and gender. These are used to determine the baby’s age, and with all information, every baby has a separate account which keeps them differentiated and convenient for the parent. We use all these pieces of information solely to create and manage the user's account on our website and add them to our Whatsapp Community.
