1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order.
2. Cancellation requests may not be entertained if significant course materials have already been accessed or downloaded. - Refunds
1. Damaged or Defective Content: If you encounter any issues with the course content (e.g., broken links, inaccessible materials), please report to our customer service team within 7 days of accessing the content. The request will be reviewed, and if found valid, appropriate action will be taken.
2. Content Not as Expected: If you feel that the course content does not match what was advertised, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of accessing the course/service. The customer service team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
